When you request a quote or register maintenance interest, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, town, project details, enquiry type, preferred maintenance frequency and any photos you choose to upload.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your enquiry, contact you, prepare a scope and estimate, and keep a record of our work with you. Your budget helps us plan; it is not an agreed price.

Photos and storage

Your enquiry and photos are stored in our website’s database and private file storage, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. They are accessible through our authorised business account. A summary of your enquiry, including your contact details, is also emailed to our business inbox through Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace so we can respond. Submitted photos are not published in our gallery or used for marketing without separate permission.

Please avoid including people, identity documents, access codes or other sensitive information. Photos can contain location metadata; remove it before uploading if you prefer.

Your choices

Call 0404 135 323 or email benson@bensonsbuildingworks.com to ask about, correct or request removal of your enquiry. We may need to keep records needed for an active job or business record-keeping.

Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit spam. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.
